Canon India’s new range of next generation digital cameras includes five cameras in the PowerShot range, three cameras in the Digital IXUS range (IXUS 105, IXUS 130, and IXUS 210), six high-definition and two standard definition camcorders and the EOD 550D digital SLR and two Pro DVs. Digital cameras for the fashionistas, the IXUS range is enviable with tons of eye-popping features. The IXUS 105 comes at a ridiculously low price tag of Rs 10,995 and has features such as Smart Auto and Smart FE (Flash Exposure). The Smart Auto shooting mode intelligently selects the proper settings for the camera based on 18 pre-defined shooting situations! Smart FE working in conjunction with Smart Auto determines the ideal flash exposure by calculating the distance and reflectance of the subject and analysing shooting conditions. It automatically finds the optimum settings for flash output, shutter speed, aperture and ISO speed for beautifully illuminated and natural-looking photos. The IXUS 130 at Rs 14,995 and IXUS 210 at Rs 21,995 are a steal too!
